Sandlings is a really lovely holiday property. It is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped - we wanted for nothing! Within a couple of hours we were settled in and were walking on the nearby shingle beach. It was a great base for exploring lots of interesting places and our 'mini- break' was relaxing from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend Sandlings to friends and family!

Sandlings is superb, highest quality decor. Very clean and modern design. Kitchen is excellent. Toilets are excellently designed. The area is quiet. There is also a nearby shop where you can buy mostly all you need.

The house was light, clean and very comfortable with pleasant décor. We enjoyed the pictures, little boats and shells on display. The children were also catered for very well, with plastic plates, cutlery and high chair, but the best was a toy basket with clean toys and books. l could not fault anything with this rental. As a family we rent in different areas about 4 times a year and this was the best that catered to our needs.

Sandlings was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The owners helped make our holiday special by providing us with information about local area. We were near to the village shop and pub, plus other pubs and places to eat not too far away.

The house was very homely, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was well situated to explore the surrounding area. The owners of the property couldn't do enough to make our stay a very enjoyable experience. We have stayed in many properties over the years and this is definitely the nicest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. They have thought of everything you might need and more. The enclosed garden was very safe for my granddaughter to play in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to our family and friends to use. It deserves a 4*+.

Simply superb accommodation with everything supplied and of a very good quality. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds - would recommend highly. Orford river cruise with lunch or dinner on the Lady Florence was excellent but needs to be booked as places limited.

My boyfriend had booked the modern cottage for Valentines Day, he proposed to me that night which makes the cottage a bit more special for me. Other than that, our communication with the owner was excellent, the house was so clean and all crockery and equipment was available. The house was great, we would highly recommend it, great place to relax and enjoy. Somewhere I would definitely visit often. Loved every bit of it!
