Sleepeezy is a brick and flint cottage, attached to the owner's home, located on the outskirts of the north Norfolk village of Little Snoring. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms - one double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin and one single. There is also a folding bed. Guests have a bathroom with bath, basin and WC, along with a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture and covered pond, along with off road parking for two cars. With lovely coastal towns and villages within easy reach, Sleepeezy makes a great base for exploring north Norfolk.

This cottage is an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of Norfolk, offering guests a charming holiday home enjoying comfortable furnishings. The spacious sitting room enjoys a view over its attractive garden, while from the dining room a step leads you down into a country-style kitchen, well-equipped for your cottage holiday in Norfolk. Upstairs offers three attractive bedrooms, each with cottage-style dormer windows, and one boasting en-suite facilities. Outside there is a large, enclosed garden with feature covered pond with Koi fish, the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink and dine alfresco after an exciting day exploring the local attractions. The local market towns of Fakenham and Holt are both a short drive from your North Norfolk holiday accommodation, along with many attractive coastal towns and villages. The coastal village of Blakeney offers relaxing walks along the salt marshes or boat trips to see the seals, while Sheringham is a popular seaside town with steam trains, independent shops and tea rooms. With so much to see and do in the area, your Norfolk cottage makes a perfect base at any time of the year.

Within easy reach are the market town of Fakenham, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park, Wells-next-the-Sea with its bustling harbour and Holkham Hall. Alternatively, Cromer and Sheringham can be reached by following the coastal road.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways, East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, salt marshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

After being absorbed by the pictures and the spell bounding description we booked for a christmas break upon arrival the cottage is on a busy road in a desolate village with poor offering of a village pub the bed was of a poor quality so much so after 2 nights we left . limited hot water supply noisy road and why offer a dishwasher and washing machine and no provision to use them we contacted the owner to say we had left and had no response if i had a rental id be concerned as to why they left christmas day been sold up the river here and it wasn't a cheap week to book
It was very comfortable, a lovely place to stay. We took our breakfast outside to enjoy the garden when it was sunny. We also sat out enjoying the evening sun, it was so nice in the garden after a dinner out. We had everything we needed for our break.
Definitely an excellent holiday cottage, well worth a 5 star rating. There is always plenty to do & see in Norfolk, with many excellent restaurants.

Very lovely cottage, the landlords were very friendly and gave some very good advice as to where to eat out. It was very isolated from where we normally go, that was the idea of the holiday - to get right away from everything. The peace and quiet was great. Would we return? Yes we will.
The cottage was clean and tidy in a good location for visiting the area generally. About half hours drive from Wells next the Sea which was beautiful.
Truthfully, we enjoyed our week very much. We liked everything. A lovely lovely cottage, in a great area, with easy access to the Coast, and the rest of Norfolk. Owned by a couple of very nice people who made sure we had everything we needed.
The cottage is very well positioned for visiting the area. The owners of Sleepezzy were very friendly, and helpful with suggestions of places to visit in this part of Norfolk. Will probably visit the area again.

Perfect location for visiting North Norfolk coast and many other attractions, with up to date information and reference books available. Friendly and welcoming owners. Good size, well maintained garden. En suite double bedroom particularly good. Spacious lounge, very clean throughout.
The cottage was well located for walking the coastal path and finding good places to eat in Holt and Fakenham
Lots of good birdwatching and the cottage was well placed for visiting lots of reserves. The cottage was very warm and comfortable.
