This traditional Welsh long cottage is set in an elevated, rural location just 0.3 miles from Trelogan, near to the Wales Coast Path and Clwydian Way and equidistant between Holywell and Prestatyn. Offering far-reaching and undisturbed panoramic views of the countryside down to the mouth of the River Dee and across the Irish Sea to the mountains of Cumbria. This picture perfect semi-detached cottage has been renovated and modernised to offer a holiday home full of style and charm. This cosy cottage opens into a fitted kitchen and dining area with a drop-leaf table, perfect for sitting around whilst enjoying a home-cooked meal. The welcoming sitting area is styled with two comfy curved sofas, nestled in front of the warming woodburning stove with a cosy window seat to the side. A stunning gable window commands breathtaking views overlooking a meadow lawn, with ha-ha boundary which opens onto a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The bedrooms are beautifully-styled with the twin being accessed down three spiral steps and the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed, both sharing a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The lawn wraps round the cottage providing all-day sunshine and an abundance of wildlife can be seen including polecats, stoats and rabbits, with local paths just waiting for you to explore on foot. Holywell is around five miles away in one direction and the golden sands of Prestatyn and Talacre beach are a similar distance in the other direction, so the location is perfect for exploring this delightful area. 3 miles from Prestatyn, Llanasa is a rural village and is considered one of the best kept villages in Wales. Llanasa offers a popular Inn, restaurant, church and village hall. Nearby Prestatyn is a seaside resort offering an array of shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants and three beaches. Further afield is the seaside resort of Colwyn Bay which has a promenade and many other amenities.

Three miles from Prestatyn's coast, Llanasa is a quiet rural hamlet about 25 miles from Chester's historic centre. Llanasa has been awarded the "Prestigious Best Kept Village in Wales" several times, and its village community and surrounding countryside are a joy to behold. The village of Llanasa has a well-known Inn, restaurant, church, and community centre. Prestatyn, a seaside resort nearby, has a wide variety of beaches, shops, a recreation centre, a golf course, and a slew of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The seaside town of Colwyn Bay is a little further away, where you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy some fish and chips next to the water, or you can even take a day trip to Chester and explore!

Lovely cottage however wouldn't advise to go if you do not have a car, nearest shop is a 30 minute walk and the nearest pub is 35 minutes, and the beach an hour walk. Lovely welcome with prosecco and doggy welcome pack with treats. Although pets are aloud the garden is not secure so lead would be advised at all times even in the garden. Cosy little cottage for families with beautiful views. Mostly clean, cobwebs all behind the bed and in a couple of the corners, also under the single beds found a sock which wasn't ours and a lot of dust and some sweets that were covered in dust piles so a thorough deep clean would be needed. Other than that it was lovely and clean everywhere else.
