The apartment is really large, clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again. However there are a cpuple of suggestions for improvement. The apartment sleeps 8, we were a group of 6 adults and we really struggled with juat one bathroom. An additional bathroom would make a big difference. It would also be useful to have an additional towel or to advise guests to bring a hand towel. A shelf in the shower would be really helpful as the only place to put toiletries was on the floor. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is so well placed and there are lots of activities within walking distance.

Family of four stayed here Monday to Friday to do trains and zip world. Ideal location both for local amenities and other attractions in the area, we did Portmerion, Festiniog Railway and several things at Zip World Fforest and Baenau Ffestiniog. Free parking round the back of the station was a bonus. Village busy in the day, quieter in the evening (Sept) but handy to walk to bars and restaurants. Access limited as up spiral stairs but no problem to teens family. Very clean, just about anything you could think of provided and the only issue would be if there where more than 4/5 people as although sleeps 8 there is only "comfy" seating for 4/5 and only one bathroom. Would recommend and return even with the early morning train going through.

Booked for a 50th birthday weekend, great central location, spacious apartment, lovely interior, we were lucky with the weather so spent time on balcony overlooking the green, would definitely stay again!

Spent a fantastic week in the Station flat. It was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The balcony was a highlight and was great to sit out and watch the world go by! Great location close to Llanberis and Snowdon. Caught the train to Llandudno and had a great day at the Orme. Would highly recommend the flat.

The location in the village and in Snowdonia was excellent - loved the trains! The flat was very well equipped and of good quality, and a great shower !

Had an excellent week at the station flat, it is situated in the centre of the village overlooking the station platform at the back. The railway is a branch line so only a few trains per day and the railway museum is on the other side of the tracks; would recommend using the train for a good day out. The flat is very big and well equipped with everything you need. There were only 4 of us so one toilet was not a problem but if there were 8 of you it might be!!

Had a wonderful weekend in Station Flat. In a great location with plenty of space and everything you need. Can't wait to return next year!

Station Flat was very spacious and well equipped. Even though it sleeps 8 people, there was plenty of room to not be on top of one another. We would not hesitate in recommending this flat.

The location was great both for our avid train watching children who loved watching the trains on the mainline and being just across from the miniature railway. Betws-y-Coed is also usefully located for lots of other attractions in North Wales. The trains were not disruptive, being pretty quiet and infrequent. The flat was plenty big enough for our party of 6 and had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was brilliant with three small children!

This is a large spacious apartment which suited our extended family with 2 young granddaughters. It is very well decorated with ample storage space. The playroom was a big hit with the children. We enjoyed the large balcony and had some meals out there. The field opposite and the children's railway were also well used. Betws-y-Coed is a lovely area within easy reach of mountains, hillside and beach. We would definitely recommend for many reasons.

We all had a very lovely weekend at the cottage and would highly recommend to other guests looking for somewhere that is close to the Zip Wire. The cottage was quite large and felt very homely. The owner was able to be contacted straight away to arrange keys, even though I was trying to organise it from the middle of Africa and she made sure the house was warm for our arrival.

An extremely spacious apartment in a great location. The one twin bed room with an attached playroom was a great hit with the two six year olds in our party, it was great that they had their own space. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Central location and beautiful area - good walking and mountain biking. Good eating places and outdoor shops in abundance.

Station Flat is well furnished and extremely spacious. Upon arrival it was very clean. It is in a fantastic location situated right on the station. There is plenty to do in the area which has some stunning scenery. A very enjoyable week was had with visits to Llandudno, the Ffestiniog narrow gauge railway and a climb up Snowdon. Would definitely recommend a stay at this fantastic property.

Location was fantastic, cafe downstairs was great and there was a shop up the street. Parking was across the road, apartment was very spacious, clean and warm. There were 5 of us and we all agree that when we return we are staying here again. Thank you

Station Flat was in such an amazing spot, so close to everything. The walks that are a stones throw from your door were superb and the area is very central to everything. The house itself was great, very well equipped and very large. A great little place for a lovely relaxing break.

Rated by Mrs Bacon reviewed on 6th January 2014

We booked the flat for a reunion with old friends, and found the property excellent. It was spacious, light, and had everything we needed. It was in the perfect spot for shops, pubs, restaurants, etc, and also lots to do around. We think we will return next year.

Rated by Mrs Roberts reviewed on 25th November 2013

Plenty of space and well equipped. The location was great, and the owner was very helpful. I would definitely look to see if this flat was available when next in the area with our group.

Rated by Mr Shottin reviewed on 13th October 2013

This is a lovely spacious property in a very convenient location. It is very well furnished and decorated with lots of nice touches. The lounge /diner is especially bright and comfortable and the layout of the flat means you never feel as though you're all living on top of one another, even though it is for 8 people. Our children loved having the separate 'den' where they could watch TV or just chill out away from the boring adults. The boring adults really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the late evening sun with a beer from the Great Orme brewery. Although the village is busy, we were able to get a space in the free car park opposite every evening and we noticed that there were plenty of buses that stopped right outside. We would definitely stay here again; I am only not recommending the flat for older people or those with young children because the access is up a spiral staircase but it would be fine for anyone who didn't find that a problem. Perfect for families with young teenagers or groups of adults.

I have just got back from my second stay in the flat, it is superbly located within betsw y coed & perfect for exploring Snowdonia. (Under 20 minute drive from pen y pass snowdon car park and about the same for the Ogwen valley). the flat is very clean and comfortable offering great value for money. It is nice and spacious. We will be booking up again soon.

Great flat everything you could need in the way of cooking utensil, well decorated and the location is so handy, near bus stops, pubs, shops and of course the railway station, flat just above it.Entrance is by a spiral staircase so not good if you are unsteady on your feet. We were 5 adults and we found one bathroom and toilet not enough at times.local area great for walkers and climbing, got the train to Llandudno, train noise did not bother us in the flat. All in all a good place to stay
