Our second visit to The Bay this year. Loved the cafe and swimming pool. The flat is just across the road from both. The owner's were very friendly and helpful. The Bay is such a pleasant environment for a relaxing break.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment, which provided an excellent and convenient home from home base for our walks around the North Yorkshire Moors & Coastal paths. Highly recommend.
Fantastic location, just over the road from the Italian restaurant, tennis courts, swimming pool and the pub. Only a five minute walk to the beach. The property is beautiful, clean and spacious.

Excellent location near nice beach, good pub, pharmacy and pool very close by. Accommodation to a high standard.
This location and apartment position in particular were ideal for Joan, Charlie the dog and me. Pub over the road with Italian Cafe and chemist next door to it. Indoor pool a stones throw away, and "private" lane to lovely Filey beach near at hand. Add to the above, the strategic position twixt east coast towns, and Wold villages [ with supermarkets in Filey Scarboro and Bridlington ], can't really think of anything else you would need...oh and Beverley is a delight too!
The apartment was great, and the location was perfect, nice quite site, and plenty of nice walks in and around the site.
The apartment was very clean and bright, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was opposite the cafe, pub and swimming pool which we used most days. The pub offers great food and is not expensive, the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is loads to do in the surrounding areas of Bridlington and Scarborough. I would highly recommend The Bay and this apartment.

Very nice site, well located, well equipped and appointed accommodation. A good base to explore Yorkshire's East Coast.
Accomodation newly built, spotlessly clean, nice site. Owners friendly and go out of their way to make things easy. Lots of activities on site, lots of places to eat localy but you need a car if you want to go anywhere after 6 as buses stop at 6. Pub, cafe and pharmacy opposite. Pharmacy sells extras like tea coffee etc. We are going to try the leisure facitlities today. Beach sandy and not overcrowed, so far pleased we booked but cant fault the accomodation or the owners and a bargain holday in august
