Well what can I say, I booked this property for my dad an step-mum and to say the least they was over the moon! The host Vicky went over and above than anyone would! The cottage is amazingly comfortable and very warm feeling! It has ample parking and offers amazing features! The cottage has more than enough to offer and is amazing how it has a pet friendly offer! We will definitely be a returner and cannot thank Vicky enough for everything! Its exceeds more than 5* this quaint gorgeous cottage!
This property is not like photos it needs updating n a lick of paint.when we arrived it looked shabby and left.tried to contact owners got no reply but still took our money for the five day stay .which was nearly 600pound.not happy.
Really clean and lovely local pub just a street away. had our dog with us kept him in a cage and lovely walks in the day xx
We stayed for a week at sunnyside cottage it was home from home clean cosy and comfy. It has a big garden which is enclosed which was good as we took our dog.The owner was lovely and welcoming and made a lovely fuss of our dog. There are lots of places close by to visit.
Just returned home after a fabulous week at this cottage. I would describe it as cosy, warm and comfortable. It has everything you need and most of all was perfect for our 2 springer spaniel's. The large enclosed garden is always on our list of priorities and is just brilliant for keeping them safe. The surrounding beaches are amazing for long walks. All in all, a highly recommended retreat. We will be back. Thank you.
A very warm welcome from the owner of Sunnyside, who greeted us on arrival, nothing was too much trouble for her. Sunnyside Cottage had everything you wanted, very clean and tidy. Well fenced garden for dogs.
Had a lovely week at this cottage .the beds are lovely and comfy nice clean home.it is very peaceful and the garden is good to felt very safe at this cottage ,we went to Lincoln also Skegness and Grimsby all good roads to drive so if you like peace and left alone this is the place .we also walked to the village pub one night very friendly owners also dog friendly x don't go away often but would love to go back xx thank-you xx
The cottage is very comfortable and warm for winter holidays, we were made very welcome when we arrived, and so was our dog. An ideal holiday cottage for dog owners, we will be booking again.

Overall this property was excellent, would definitely stay at this property again. It was so handy for everything and bigger than expected.
The perfect location for taking our 2 dogs to the beach every day. The cottage is ideal for dogs with having laminate floors and a secure garden at the back. In a very quiet location, 10 minutes & you are in Skegness & 5 minutes Chapel St.Leonards. We hope to come back next autumn & hopefully in the spring. We had a fantastic autumn break, thank you to the owners of the cottage & Sykes cottages.
The property was excellent and we were particularly pleased about the secure garden which meant we were able to let our two dogs outside without fear of them escaping! The property was well situated to enable us to visit various coastal locations and also to visit towns and villages in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
A very friendly welcome from the owner upon arrival. It was excellent that the back garden was completely safe for the dogs.
A very warm welcome from the owner who greeted us on arrival, nothing was too much trouble for her. The property had every thing you want, very clean and tidy. Private drive well fenced garden all amenities and most important of all a WARM WELCOME FOR MY TWO DOGS !!! Most holiday properties state one small pet only and it is extreamly hard to find some where so accomodating for pets so well done Sunnyside, we enjoyed our time there immensley we will be returning. I would certainly recomend this property, the area is interesting, seaside and inland lots of places of interest.

The location and the bungalow were lovely. A fully enclosed garden for our dog which meant we had no worries about him getting out. The bungalow was very nicely furnished and was very comfortable.
A lovely homely property on a quiet residential street but close enough to all the attractions in the area. The garden was enclosed an safe for out 2 boys to play in and the owner was always just a phone call away to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed so much we are going back there in August!!!
