Great little home from home, clean, tidy and fully equipped. There are 3 properties here which weve used many times and can’t fault them, never had an issue. Good location right next to the A30, hosts are brilliant and really friendly.

Have stayed in the Wagon House a few times. Lovely double & single bedrooms upstairs with shower room. Everything you need in the kitchen & cosy lounge with big window, also has sofa bed. Lovely big garden with pond, large patio & conservatory. Great for gathering for drinks/bbq if you have friends in the adjoining Shippon & Granary cottages.

A lovely little cottage, so cosy with a beautiful quiet garden and all the amenities of home. The sun hits the little table and chairs early enough to enjoy a cup of tea first thing. We had a wonderful holiday and will no doubt return for more! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The whole place was just lovely. The accommodation was simply awesome and the gardens were amazing. I could not have wished for more.

We found the property central to the area we wanted to visit. It was well set out and very quiet. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked a lot for ourselves. We spent most of the time out touring as it was not far from the coast or the moors, but when at the property it was comfortable and had all we needed.

Very relaxing with a wide range of places to visit. The sunny/warm weather certainly helped make the holiday and made it a pleasure to be out and about. Some nice touches from the owners who supplied homemade scones, jam, butter and cream on arrival.

The property was well placed to tour the area and it was quiet and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful with questions and gave us a lot of information about the attractions we could visit.

We particularly liked the information provided, it was useful to have recommended walks. Cornwall is a spectacular area of England and we were not let down in anyway. The cottages were well placed to enjoy easy access to a lot of places of interest to visit.

The owners were incredible hosts, whilst being attentive to our needs they were considerate not interfere with our holiday. The cottage was lovely and just what we needed and very central to many locations. The info pack we received was brilliant and even outlined animal friendly attractions and pubs which we found really helpful. Would definitely recommend the cottage to others for a quiet sightseeing visit.

My husband and I stayed here for a week recently, and had a fabulous time. This lovely quiet retreat is now under new ownership, and the four houses have all been recently updated. Ours was clean, comfortable, cosy, and had all the facilities we needed. It also had a nice patio and garden which would be really useful during the nicer weather! Excellent location, close to Launceston and ideal for all the sights of Cornwall. There is also a decent pub not too far away, I would guess a mile or so. We'll be back!
