Everything was perfect, plenty of pans, crockery and good cutlery, even a slow cooker. Lots of tea towels and towels in the bathrooms in fact everything we needed. Just perfect, highly recommended.

Moat Farm Cottage is the first cottage we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and well cared for and the kitchen was very easy to use. We would go again.

The cottage was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was quiet and peaceful and the owner very helpful. It was ideal for touring north and south of the location.

Fantastic cottage in a brilliant location that gave us the space and quiet to have a relaxing holiday. The children loved playing in the large garden. The owner was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, and would love to come back in the future as the cottage, location and overall experience was superb.

We were worried about the cottage being out of the way but having said that we had a good welcome The cottage itself was very clean and extremely well equipped. Being all on one level made it easy my disabled husband. A great base for the holiday.

This cottage was ideally situated for the places we had planned to visit. The owners were very friendly and really made us feel at home. We would certainly recommend Moat Farm Cottage, it was 5 star!

This has to be the best cottage we have stayed in. Superbly well appointed and furnished. Good sized rooms with 2 double bedrooms and adult bunks in the third. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Situated in the middle of peaceful countryside with just the call of the birds and the very occasional tractor. What may not suit everybody is the remoteness - it takes a good 15 minutes along single track roads to get to a main road. But the cottage is worth it, and well situated for the coast, broads and Norwich. Will definitely go back.

Moat Farm Cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were given a warm welcome from the owners, and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay perfect. In very peaceful surroundings. Would recommend a stay to our friends. Deserves 5 stars.

The cottage is luxuriously fitted out, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, heated towel rowels, en-suite bathroom has a lovely large power shower. Kitchen is fully fitted and perfect. We loved it there, and it is close to so many little villages, and also to places like Cromer and Holt, so ideally situated for us on holiday.

An immaculate property. You could not wish for anything more.

Rated by Mr Burrell reviewed on 19th September 2013

The cottage was exceptional, with quality fixtures and fittings, tasteful décor and pristine condition. The accommodation is generous with good sized bedrooms, yet in a compact shell. It is in such a beautiful and peaceful rural area. It was so quiet, all you could hear was the wind in the trees and the birds singing.

This is a beautiful cottage. Recently developed with quality furnishings and decor in pristine condition. Well equipped with quality bathroom and kitchen fittings and large bedrooms. The third bedroom contains adult sized bunks but does not feel small. It is situated off a very quiet rural lane where all you can hear is the wind in the trees, the singing of the birds and the cluck of a hen. We relaxed immediately upon arrival. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is in an area of narrow lanes and tiny hamlets with woods and farmland. It is well situated for accessing the many attractions of Norfolk, BUT you do have to travel several miles of narrow lanes (largely single track) before you hit a two lane highway in any direction; so travel is slower than you might expect. So if you have children who only want to be on the beach in 10 minutes, this is not the place for you. However if you want a quiet retreat, where you can explore or just chill; where the days could drift slowly by or be activity filled, staying in excellent accommodation, then this is the perfect place for you.

Would thoroughly recommend Moat Farm Cottage, a very comfortable, excellent property, finished to a very high standard. Although a very rural location, it is centrally located for visits to the coast, National Trust properties, Sandringham and the Broads. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Rated by Mrs Jones reviewed on 10th June 2013

The cottage was furnished and built to a very high standard. Underfloor heating, comfortable furniture and beds, christy towels, soft bedding to name just a few of the many things that made the cottage one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone planning a trip to Norfolk. We visit family there numerous times a year so have rented a number of cottages, this being the most comfortable and luxurious one yet, we will be booking again very soon.
