Beach Cottage is a wonderful family seaside base, set close to the beach at Kinmel Bay, a mile from the bustling seaside resort of Rhyl. There are five bedrooms, three doubles and two family rooms, one with en-suite facilities, and a double futon as well as two family bathrooms. The main living accommodation offers a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a pool table and a conservatory. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, and there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, BBQ swings and a seesaw. With the beach, harbour and amenities of both Rhyl and Kinmel Bay within easy reach, and the rest of the North Wales coastline a pleasant drive away, Beach Cottage is a welcoming year-round coastal retreat.

All ground floor. Five bedrooms: 3 x double (one with double futon), 2 x family room with 1 double and 1 single (one with en-suite shower and WC). The family that does not have the en suite has a larger size single bed as well as a double.Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 10). Sitting room with woodburner (seats 10). Conservatory. Games area with pool table.

Stayed as a family ages ranging from 6 to 74, grandparents, children, grandchildren a total of 11 of us and 2 dogs. There was enough space both inside and outside if any of us wanted 5 mins peace, and a short 10 min walk led us to the beach which was HUGE. Property is very well equipped and bedrooms are a good size. A high fence at the back garden makes it completely safe to let the dogs out and there is a gas barbeque with benches and parasols. The gardens at the front are a suntrap, with swings and a couple of playhouses for young ones again with high fences for good privacy. The pool table kept everyone occupied in the evenings, and there were a selection of games and books in the lounge. The conservatory is a very pleasant warm area where us oldies would escape to when it got noisy ! We had 5 cars between us and parked easily. The owner Steven was a phone call away and answered any queries very quickly. Location is good, ASDA is a 15 min walk away for supplies, there is also a retail park nearby with ALDI and other well known stores. We have all said we would return at some point and recommend this place to friends.
We had a fabulous weekend at Beach Cottage. The bungalow is extremely well equipped and it was clean and warm when we arrived so very welcoming. We were able to bring the two dogs and the beach is very close for walks. We didn't use the pubs but did have take aways from the fish and chip shop. the Chinese and the Indian and they were all very good. We will definitely visit again when we all get together.
Excellent spacious comfortable and well equipped bungalow. The owner was friendly and helpful. Every room is large and the bathrooms are excellent. Conservatory useful for days when the weather is more mixed. Sky TV and the pool table provide plenty of entertainment. Easy reach of Llandudno and the Snowden National Park. A great place to chill out.

What a superb property, it far exceeded our expectations. We chose the property for the space and we got it in oodles. It is warm cosy and inviting. We have already recommended this house to our friends & family and we would definitely like to return in the future.
This bungalow is stunning. The attention to detail was excellent; kitchen: good quality appliances and equipment, furniture: good quality and very comfortable. The owners had put up Christmas decorations and a tree; what more could you want? It was perfect for our family Christmas gathering.

Beach Cottage is a very well-furnished, very comfortable and very spacious cottage. Every room was well maintained and had top quality furniture and appliances; the description and photographs were exactly right. The owner was pleasant and very helpful with check in information. The cottage has a really quiet location yet is very near the beach, two pubs, a supermarket and the road along the coast. We would love to go back to stay again.
Perfect for 5 couples and a couple of toddlers. It was close to the beach and handy for the Kite surfing school (the reason we went). Would definitely like to visit again.

The bungalow was like a home from home, everything we needed was there. The bungalow from the outside is very deceiving as when you enter, all the rooms are a great size and nobody is under each others feet. The kitchen is amazing also. There was plenty to do around the surrounding area.
The accommodation was marvellous, a home from home none of us wanted to leave. Very spacious, clean and welcoming.
The booking was informative, friendly and quick. This was a break for friends to get together with their children, and we all came back after having a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and perfect for all of us. The bedrooms were fabulous and despite being a large group, we all felt that we had our own space. The gardens were immaculate and very secure for all of our toddlers! Because of the great weather, we even got the chance to use the BBQ. The break was faultless and we would return without hesitation.
