Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed front gravelled garden with furniture. 1 Woods Garth is an ideal holiday home for a couple or small family with market towns, stately homes and sandy beaches all within driving distance. Note there is no electric car charge facility at the property and therefore it is not permitted.

1 Woods Garth is of a very high standard with excellent furniture and decor. The kitchen is well laid out and equipped. The owner was helpful and took great care to ensure the property is of a high standard and this shows throughout the cottage with lots of little extra features and decorations. We will definitely use this cottage again - we loved our stay.

The cottage was lovely and situated in such a great spot for what we wanted to see i.e. the Deep at Hull, Eden Camp etc. Everywhere was just a few miles away. In the cottage the owners provided everything you need plus a lot more - it was a great holiday!

We had a very nice stay at Woods Garth. The kitchen was well stocked with implements, and we had everything to hand, and more. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to visit, and some more along the way.

We fell in love with this place as soon as we opened the front door . It was clean , tastefully decorated, equipped, and furnished to a high standard. Ideally placed for trips out to York and Whiby and other Costal resorts. A little Gem.
