This is the eighth time we have stayed at the Mill House Cottages properties. We have stayed in all 3 properties, they are all equally great in their own way. The hosts Karen and Stuart are fantastic, you will not find a better holiday cottage, with superb facilities, mega dog friendly, including purpose built dog bath, with treats towels and shampoo, all on hand. Hot tub for the humans, overall, a true home from home experience. Loads of dog friendly activities within a reasonable drive from the property, Watton village only a 5 minute drive away, with everything you will need, including takeaways, Tesco, butchers bakers etc. We have already booked 3 separate weeks for next year, treat yourself !!!

Stayed here for a week in October the cottage was lovely warm and relaxing. You would never know it was dog friendly no doggy smells at all, the paddock for the dog was a great idea and there own little pamper area. The hot tub was a great hit after a day dog walking and exploring. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.

We stayed with our almost 1 year old and 5 year old daughters. For a place that is for dog lovers you'd never know it. Property is so well maintained and absolutely located in the most amazing area! Easy to get to. Owners were beyond helpful and friendly. The grounds, well we spent 4 of 7 days just in the garden. Stunning! The hot tub, it is a shared usage and you can reserve it for private use which I think is a fantastic idea. You can sit and watch the moon rise from the hot tub, spent many evenings relaxing in there while the kids were asleep. I have family 2 miles from here too so I will 110% stay again! No doubt in my mind. (We booked this because it looked amazing, didnt even know my family were just down the road). Cant fault you in anyway at all! Superb!

My family and I stayed here with my three dogs in August 2019. We stayed in the hayloft. It was clean, very relaxing and very comfortable. The village of Saham Toney was very friendly and is situated in unspoilt Norfolk countryside. We had a fabulous time and would recommend it to anyone

We stayed in the Hayloft for 6 nights in June 2018. The situation was very central for visiting the Kings Lynn to Cromer area. Karen and Stuart could not have been more helpful... when we asked for some cleaning material they told us not to worry... we were on holiday! The accommodation fitted the bill for 4 of us (no doggy smells either). We enjoyed visits to Kings Lynn, Sandringham, Old Hunstanton, Burnham Market & Burnham Overy Staithe and over to Felbrigg Hall. The weather was perfect too. Warm enough (in low 20's). I would strongly recommend The SwanInn at Hilborough (IP26 5BW) for meals. We went 3 times and were not disappointed. Ray

The owner, Karen was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Stayed at The Hayloft, Karen showed us around The Barn and The Dairy. Highly recommend these cottages especially The Barn. All three were furnished to a high standard. Very dog friendly, I sadly lost my dog two days before travelling, arrived to find a vase of yellow roses. The paddock for dog walks and fresh eggs were excellent. First time in Norfolk, and would definitely go back and stay at the cottages.

Beautiful! It was particularly handy for dogs with 2 little paddocks which are perfectly safe to let your dogs off the lead. Inside the cottage is wonderful, we didn't want to come home!

My wife and I take cottage holidays three or four times a year and always take our two dogs along. This cottage is the best, genuinely dog friendly holiday we have ever had. The owner is so welcoming and truly appreciates how to make you feel at home. A great holiday and lots of nice things to do in the county.

The Hayloft was very homely and cosy and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was very large and enjoyable and the cottage and it's surroundings were extremely dog friendly and had a good dog walking area. We enjoyed feeding the chickens and ducks everyday and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my family.

We were visiting from the U.S. and we were so very happy with The Hayloft. The owner was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Our kids loved playing in the garden and feeding the chickens and ducks. The comfortable bed and blackout curtains helped tremendously with jet lag. The area is lovely with lots to do, or nothing at all. Altogether a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Thank you!

We had a great stay we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary New year & a birthday. the Christmas tree was still up. We also had friends in the Barn next to use which made it even better. We had our own party and not far to walk home and the hot tub was fantastic. The owners are such lovely people with a good story behind them. We had milk, eggs and wine on arrival and they invited us to their new year celebrations. They were great hosts with good food and fantastic eggs! Our girls enjoyed watching the fireworks from the hot tub which was fantastic and our 2 dogs felt at home. The cottage was well equip very home from home and very very warm. Cant fault it.

This was a lovely restful cottage with plenty of room for the dogs to run about. The owners were lovely (even when my dog killed one of their chickens!). The dogs are allowed to sit on settees, go upstairs, whatever they are allowed to do at home which was great as you didn't have to keep worrying about what they were doing. Facilities good, and hot tib lovely.

The Hayloft is a lovely cottage. Matthew, our little grandson, aged 19 months, loved helping the owner feed the geese and chickens. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we might have had. The property was just as described and of an extremely high standard. The hot tub made a fantastic end to the day. Lots of places to visit nearby. A fantastic place!

The owner could not have been more welcoming. The cottage was perfect for 2 couples and 2 dogs. The set up made being on holiday with dogs very easy. We loved the cottage, it was very comfortable. The area was lovely; a great area for cycling with quiet, flat roads. We would recommend visiting Gooderstone Watergardens, where we sat and watched a Kingfisher. Also West Acre gardens and nursery which was beautiful.
