Reviews

This is a little gem of a place in Bull Bay on the island of Anglesey. When we arrived we wers greeted by Mr and Mrs Curwen who own the property - such lovely people who made us feel most welcome. They had even bought our son a bag of chocolates as a welcolme gift. The veiw was mind blowing from the balcony, and even though it is in a small village there was always something to watch or do. The accomodation was lovely and clean and most welcoming. Our son who has autism and learning disabilities settled so well as he liked it that much which meant we had a fab time. A lovely walk along the cliff tops each evening was had and we saw the porpoises in the bay. So sorry to come home today.

This delightful self catering holiday let is situated at the end of Bull Bay with fantastic views across the sea. The cottage is very well equipped and there is an instant homely feel as soon as you walk in. The seaside theme is present throughout with superb attention to detail in every room. The owners could not give a warmer welcome on arrival. We had the most fantastic weather whilst staying for a week and did many coastal walks and cycling of the Copper Trail from the front door. There are plenty of superb places to see including Beaumaris, Newborough and South Stack to name just a few. This is undoubtedly the most relaxing cottage we have stayed at for location, amenities and views. Would recommend

We loved this place. I remember sitting outside it last year without any thought of hiring it. It must have stuck in my mind because when looking for a place to stay it immediately jumped to the top of the list. We were a couple of days late owing to a family emergency but the Curwens accommodated us happily. The cottage was everything it promised to be, It was great to sit on the balcony, having breakfast watching the sea. (the view is delightful) It was an ideal base for our adventures. As a treat we allowed ourselves dinner at the Lobster Pot at Church Bay. A fabulous dinner, well worth the money. It was comfortable, well equipped and very clean and tidy. The only down side was no wifi, happily the pub up the road has it, so win win, wifi and a beer. I would recommend this cottage wholeheartedly. We are hoping to retire to Anglesey ( Bull Bay in particular) soon and would use this cottage as a base for house hunting. Thank you for a great stay.

This house is set in a stunning location with the sea view straight in front of you, and as the lounge is upstairs you can watch the boats, wildlife etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and didn't seem to be missing anything that we needed. A very relaxing place to stay and so peaceful too. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

An amazing location in the most beautiful setting of Bull Bay we enjoyed watching the amazing sun rise over the bay in the mornings. Min Y Traeth was one of the best cottages we have stayed in, it is clear that a lot of effort has gone in to make it so comfortable and a home from home so much so that we didn't want to leave.

The view of the bay from the living room, balcony and bedroom, we could have happily sat and looked out at the sea all day. Wonderful coast path walks straight from the house, with abundant and diverse wildlife including porpoises, seals and an incredible diversity of birds.
