Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room. The Hayloft Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

This Suffolk holiday cottage is the perfect base for friends and families wanting to explore the Suffolk Heritage Coast and is not far from the world famous Snape Maltings concert hall. Both bedrooms are en-suite and on the ground floor and there is also a first floor open plan living area. The accommodation was fantastic, in beautiful surroundings and we visited lots of fabulous gardens and attractions.
Loved the setting, so quiet and peaceful overlooking the lake, with opportunities for walking. The property was spacious with quality furnishings and attractive statement ornaments and we particularly enjoyed the table tennis. Overall it more than lived up to our expectations.
Hayloft Cottage was in an absolutely lovely location with a really nice laid back atmosphere. The whole place was very cosy.

A really lovely cottage for our family of four and a dog. Lounge/diner/kitchen ideal for everyone to be together max amount. Field for was great for a walk with the dog. Plenty of bathrooms.
We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable cottage. Most things provided that are needed for a weeks stay and all very clean. Dogs are made very welcome even if you have two which is not always available. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is only one wardrobe between the two bedrooms. I would recommend this cottage to families or couples.
A great property, well equipped and well decorated. Pleasant outside space with a games room and kids play equipment. A really fantastic position down a quiet lane on a farm but only 5 minutes drive to the A12 so very easy to get to all the main sites.

Short driving distance to several well known Suffolk landmarks, and the farm shop nearby is excellent. In fact we bought several pounds of sausages to bring home with us, they are so good.
Really spacious and comfortable cottage. In a lovely peaceful location with beautiful surroundings and lots of wildlife. Very helpful owners and it was dog friendly. All in all - excellent.
The Cottage was in a beautiful setting in a great area. The owners were friendly and helpful but did not get in our way. The grounds are phenomenal and my kids loved rowing on the pond.
The barn accommodation was fantastic - well appointed and very comfortable. The grounds were amazing and our dog loved romping along the specially cut paths in the fields. The owners were very kind and helpful. Our children loved the games room and play area - we couldn't tear our son away from the table tennis!
