House was very clean when we arrived, some supplies were already in the house such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs plus more. There was a nice surprise of an arrival gift basket with included prosecco, teabags, biscuits etc All of the rooms are of a decent size so you don't feel as though your tripping over each other, and the pool room is a massive plus point. The only obvious bad points would be only 2 toilets (obviously not a easy/cost effective fix) and the dishwasher didn't always clean the pots, probably due to not being installed properly. Define bargain for the price we paid, and would have no problem stopping here again/recommending to friends.

Great family holiday house which offers plenty of flexible space for families of all ages. Warm, cosy and well equipped, we had everything we needed and more! Cullen is a lovely, friendly fishing village with a range of unusual shops, cafes and is a super base to explore the Moray coast. It has a small well-stocked supermarket, a brilliant ice cream shop and a great fish and chip shop. Rockpool Cafe is worth a visit as it offers the local delicacy Cullen Skink, as well as a range of super cakes. The location is great for walks and exploring the many fishing villages along the coast. We would especially recommend walking across the viaduct in Cullen to Port Knockie and back along the coastal path, down Jennie’s steps, passed Jennie’s Well and back along the beautiful sandy Cullen Beach - 5 miles with beautiful views! We will return!

Great property for young and old, ideally situated for the shops, beach and golf-course.The added pool table room and table tennis table are great. The kids enjoyed their evening meal and then if they wanted to play they could do it in the hall ,watch a DVD in the TV room ,play ping pong etc the adults could enjoy conversation in the dining kitchen of living area.Nobody felt like they were in each others pockets as there was plenty of room.We enjoyed it so much we are back there in Oct 2016.
