Reviews

We found this cottage via Sykes Cottages, which was easier to find than the cottage itself!!. Off the beaten track down very narrow country lane leads you to this lovely cottage one of three available. Semi detached next to a large lawn area, dog friendly, we took three springer spaniels. Plenty of walking areas. Nearest town Haverfordwest was about miles away, with a good range of shops, coast and beach short drive beyond the town and Fishguard about the same distance in the other direction. All off the A40 trunk road. Delightful get you in pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and welsh cakes and a packet of treats for the dogs. Super comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Log burner (which we didn’t get to use as it was to warm - shame) we really didn’t want to leave.

The owner is a lovely person for whom nothing is too much trouble. The beds were comfortable, there were amazing birds at the bird feeders and it was in a peaceful countryside location (5 mins from the A40). Would return again.

Really well set out for a family, lots of thought has gone in to what was provided, especially in the laundry room. We were made very welcome by the owners, who were very thoughtful. The location was fantastic as everything was on our doorstep, hope to return.

Everything was wonderful with this little cottage. It is within easy travelling distance to different beaches. There were little touches when we arrived; tea, coffee and milk. We will definitely recommend this cottage to our friends and family.

The position of the cottage was perfect for accessing the coastal paths. Even though we were out in the middle of nowhere, the peace and quiet was welcome and we still had easy access to local pubs. The owner was also very helpful.

The position of the cottage was remote but within 10 minute you were on the main roads to all parts of Pembrokeshire. It was a pleasure to go back to such a lovely cottage after being out all day. The owners should be proud of their properties and the grounds which are clearly loved and well looked after.

Having four Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, property can sometimes be difficult to book. This was not the case with this property which was ideal for us. We found dog-friendly pubs which allowed us to eat in the bar areas. This was our first holiday in the area, we hope to return in 2013.

We had a smashing time at the coach house and the owners were so helpful especially as my sister has learning dificulties and when we were worried about the top of the stairs at night they came to the rescue immediatly by putting in a saftey gate so we were relieved

We had a nice relaxing time in the pleasant Welsh countryside. The owners of the property were extremely friendly and helpful. We certainly enjoyed our stay and so did our pet 'Alfie', who is a Blue Fronted amazon Parrot.
