We came here for my dad’s 60th birthday for a holiday break, and it could not be more perfect! The hosts had thought of absolutely everything. They kindly left a wonderful welcome basket, beautiful Christmas decorations, baked a cake for us and even left a birthday card! The house is completely spotless, something that we really appreciated especially during times of COVID. The games room was so much fun! Again, they thought of everything. There was darts, pool, table tennis, great selection of DVDs and so much more! The fire place is beautiful and really made a perfect winter break. (There is PLENTY of wood and logs to use the fire place every day so they really have prepared)! The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and showers constantly had hot water. Every room had a hair dryer and extension leads which came very handy. The outside grounds are huge and in summer would be perfect to sit outside and even play outdoor games (which yes the hosts also thought of and left outdoor games available to use). There is plenty space to park your car too. We will definitely be back and have already recommended the cottage to everyone we know! Thank you so much!

Where do I start...? The pictures don't do the cottage justice, it's really homely and comfortable. To say it's well equipped is an understatement, the owners maintain a suggestions book to make it even better. We were an extended family group and enjoyed every minute of our stay, especially the games room. The welcome pack was a mini hamper with home made cakes, there were luxury toiletries, plenty of logs for the fire. All fabulous. Only negative for some (a plus for me!) Was zero mobile signal. But the wi-fi is good so easy to message, Skype, facetime etc if needs be. Pub serving real ales and food is a 10 minute walk albeit up an unlit no footpath road so be careful at night. 5* accommodation.

Visited over new year with friends. Lovely house with lots of extras (groceries/ tea/ coffee and cakes most welcome). Property was very clean and tidy and our stay was excellent. Only negatives were poor wifi/ phone reception (not sure what can be done due to location of property) and another TV at venue so children could watch another programme or play computer games instead of hogging living room. Overall a really nice venue with staff in The Bell Pub and The Manor Arms really nice and helpful also.

Had a long weekend away with group of ladies , we arrived to so many little extras ! Don't want to say what they are or I will spoil the surprise ! But we really appreciated all of them !! The house was immaculate , a well stocked kitchen , a lovely garden to sit in . House close to a lot of good places to visit. Really enjoyed our weekend and can definitely recommend this property , the photos don't do it justice!!

The Corner House is a well equipped and maintained property, there was nothing that we could have needed. The owner lives next door and was very helpful. The location was central to the area for visiting many places. Overall a lovely house and garden.

The Corner House is located in a beautiful and peaceful area in Worcestershire. It is surrounded by green hills and you can go for long walks from the front door. What the pictures of the house don't show is that it has a lovely garden too. The house itself is extremely comfortable, it's very spacious and has a great atmosphere. It offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. The games room is great too; we had lots of fun playing table tennis and darts there. We certainly hope to come back!

The property was immaculately clean. All beds were exceptionally comfy, and all towels and toiletries provided. The owners of this property have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure everything is right and they have done a great job! We are already looking at dates to come back again next year!

We loved the games room with pool, table tennis and darts! A great addition to The Corner House. The two bathrooms were extremely well finished and the kitchen was superb. We really enjoyed cooking and eating together after a day out. The wood burning stove made the living room cosy and this room was well used with comfortable seating. It was also very well lit which made reading a pleasure. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. There are many thoughtful touches. A great holiday home where we all had a much needed rest.

We can't speak highly enough of the place; it was brilliant.

A very cosy well equipped house for a visit in winter. There was lots to see and do within a short distance of the property. A very enjoyable relaxing break, just what the doctor ordered.

Everything about the four bedroom Corner House was fantastic. The games room, darts, pool table, tennis and all the board games were great and the local pub two minutes away sold great beer and food, and had very friendly staff. Overall a fantastic holiday and we will go back.

This is a great house which is clean and well equipped. There is a fab games room which we all enjoyed especially our two teenage sons. The house has all you need plus more for a home from home holiday. We didn't want to leave and would love to return and we would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

This was our second visit to The Corner House, and on both occasions we have had a fantastic stay. The cottage is lovely and the owners think of everything. Fantastic.

I could write a long review of this holiday home, listing all its plus points. It wound be shorter to list its negatives. They are 1) Only a dvd player, meaning the blue rays we bought didn't work. Just had to be social and pop down to the rather fine local pub and talk to each other.... 2) No 220/240 charging point for electric toothbrushs. Had to buy adapter. Oh no! 3) We don't own it and live there Everything else was pretty much beyond reproach. The welcome pack, the freebies of shower gel etc , the games room were all icing on the cake. The owner, and pub regular/part time barman, was an all round good bloke. We intend to be back. We

It was truly a home from home. Loved the personal touches, it had everything we required and more. The kids loved the games room, they had lots of fun playing pool and table tennis. Corner House is ideally located in a rural village but within driving distance of many beautiful towns.

What a fantastic house in a great location! This was truly a home away from home, with the garden and additional facilities making our stay extra special. Our 3 children (as well as the 4 adults) loved the games room in particular! We had a wonderful Sunday roast at the local pub, visited the Ironbridge Museums and had a lovely day on the Severn Valley Railway. The many local walks are well worth doing to see the beauty of this area of England and The Corner House is the perfect place to stay in to do this.

It was a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the country with lots to see and do for all ages and capabilities.

Having stayed in numerous holiday cottages The Corner House must rate as one of the best. The house has good quality furnishings, bedding and towels and is very well presented. Attention to detail is excellent, there is nothing the owners have not thought of. A very efficient log burning stove was a delight for the cool evenings. The location is very quiet and the scenery in this area is beautiful, with a friendly well stocked local shop and a lovely country pub. Our complete holiday experience was perfect from start to finish. I cannot fault this property and highly recommend it.

What a lovely well equipped house. We stayed here for a week at February half term with our daughter & grand daughter and the house was really nice. The welcome basket including butter, eggs, milk, fresh bread & wine was a very pleasant surprise. The house is very well furnished & decorated we could not fault it. Lovely spacious gardens although a little too cold outdoors in February we preferred sitting nearer to the wood burner or playing pool in the games room. A short walk to the Camra recommended local pub serving a good choice of Ales & Food. We found loads to do in the surrounding area & having not seen everything we wanted and enjoyng the house so much we have booked again

The holiday was an absolute pleasure. The cottage and furnishings were clean and comfortable, and felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. The welcome basket and additional extras were a very pleasant surprise as were the games and toys provided. The horses across the road were a particular favourite with the infant in our party. The perfect family holiday with something for everyone.

Rated by Dr Patel reviewed on 19th January 2015

We had a wonderful family New Year at this property. It had everything anyone needed with the added bonus of a games room, which we all enjoyed. The décor was fabulous and the Hamper was a lovely welcome. We would certainly all return to this property again. The photos definitely do not do justice to this exceptional house - we loved it.
