Reviews

We had a party of five that stayed here and it was perfect for us and the grandkids. We took full advantage of all the facilities and was not disappointed. On arrival we found the rooms were very clean and everything a family would need is provided, even down to a welcome pack of tea coffee mile etc. The beds were comfortable and the wi-fi excellent. we all had a great time and hope to be back next year for a re-visit. Not suitable for wheelchair users though due to the steps upstairs and rear garden. Thank you for a wonderful stay Hettie.

The Beach House was in a great location, 5 minutes walk to pub, beach and shop. The house was clean and warm and good value. We would use it again.

The Beach House was clean, cosy and comfortable with clever use of space and a charming beach-themed décor adding to the holiday mood. The kitchen and living room were bright and pleasant to be in and the beds were very comfortable.

We are just back from a lovely fortnight's holiday staying at the Beach House in Llanelli. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-decorated with a beach theme echoing Llanelli Waterfront. Milk, tea bags and biscuits made us feel welcome on arrival. The beds were really comfortable, and the owners even changed the sheets and towels for us at the end of the first week. The owners were friendly and helpful and gave us more tips about the area. The kitchen is very good, bright and well equipped. The cooker worked well (not always the case in holiday cottages) and there was a new washing machine. There is a comfortable leather suite and a good selection of DVDs and board games in the living room, as well as a few holiday reads. You are well located for Llanelli Waterfront and to access the excellent Millennium Coastal Path. It is only a short drive to the Gower, or to Swansea. Our daughter enjoyed her chips from the chip shop nearby. The small Spar, just up the road, is very handy for bread/milk or ice creams. Just opposite the Spar, there is an information board which tells you the history of this interesting area. We had a lovely and relaxing holiday here, and we'd recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, quiet base from which to explore this area.

We are just ending a weeks holiday at the lovely house. It's is beautifully decorated, with a lovely comfortable lounge, a wonderful appointed kitchen/dining room. The beds are comfortable with good bed linen and towels provided . The only negative if you are a large family, ( it sleeps five adults easily,) is the fact it has only one bathroom, with the only toilet in the bathroom. The house only a short walk to the beach. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away, and you can see the fish and chip shop from the front window. The Railway Station is ten minutes walk where you can get a train to Swansea .

What could be a nice little terraced house was spoilt by being in need of a good clean. Neither did the woodworm help matters.

The Beach House is well worth a visit, not been to south Wales in a long while. There was bountiful beaches and plentiful good weather was had by all.

A lovely house which was very clean, with comfortable beds and in a good position for getting "out and about." Parking was easy, and the owners were friendly!

Beautiful cottage with a lovely garden, and quite a lot of places to go around with kids. The weather was beautiful.
