All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 4) and sitting area (seats 4) with multi-fuel stove.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front gravelled area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are two small steps into two of the bedrooms.
