Accommodation Details
All ground floor. The sitting room and all the bedrooms have sea views. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. 300m to the South West Coastal Path with beach just beyond. Please note that, although the cottage sleeps 5 people and is equipped for 5, the accommodation best suits no more than 4; for instance, the sitting room has 2 sofas but not an additional armchair. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin. Separate WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and multi-fuel stove.
Location Details
Modbury is a delightful country town on the edge of the South Hams. Modbury offers quaint tea rooms and shops, good restaurants and cosy pubs. With great walking and cycling opportunities to take advantage of in the wooded valleys and rolling fields, this is an ideal holiday location.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The views from Quarterdeck were amazing. The area was extremely peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for dog walking. This property was perfect for us.
Quarterdeck is a very clean and comfortable property, set in a wonderful location with magnificent views. Close to beach and coastal path. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and have already booked to return in November.
We had a lovely relaxing family break. The view from the house was stunning and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The short walk to a lovely beach was perfect for the children. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for our break. We felt very happy and comfortable.
The location of the holiday home was perfect. Such beautiful views, beaches and walks around the area. The owners have left lots of information about the area and things to do. We really didn't want to leave as the holiday was so relaxing. Walking down to the beach with a nice trip to the Pilchard Inn en route, perfect for those evening strolls
Enjoyed the views from the windows and the position of the property. We also thought that the owners had gone to a lot of effort to make everything in the cottage easy to find and/or work out, which we appreciated.
