Millbrook 1.4 miles, Kingsand 1.6 miles, Cawsand 2.1 miles. Resting in Maker between Millbrook and Mount Edgecumbe, in the Rame Peninsula AONB is this wonderful semi-detached annexe. Once a dairy farm and now a listed building on the grounds of the magnificent Friary Manor with views out to the idyllic countryside, this quirky dwelling is a superb fit for a small group of three looking to escape to the Cornish coast. Off-road parking for two cars greets you on arrival, before heading through the gate and into a hallway with a very handy washing machine! Continue inside to a charming and bright living/dining room, kick off your boots and settle down on the plush seating while watching your favourite show on the Smart TV. Continue through to a modern kitchen that has been fitted to make cooking a breeze, whilst being served by a breakfast bar that is a wonderful spot to enjoy a quick morning coffee! When dinner is served enjoy eating together and catching up with your group, or with a guest, on the dining table that seats four. In the evening, make your way up a few steps and into a single room, where you read a book before bed in the convenient armchair; further down the corridor is a spacious king-size room, showcasing pastel blue exposed beams and fabulous bay windows with views out to the country lane.
