This mostly ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of a covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. This character accommodation has a sitting room and a dining area and the two bedrooms on one floor and the kitchen and bathroom down a few steps on the lower ground floor. A private patio at the rear overlooks far reaching countryside views and the shared use of an outdoor heated swimming pool, a fishing lake, superb woodland walks and a bike trail mean newly found friends can be made on your holiday. Note: This cottage can be booked with Refs: 924597, 924599 and 924587, together they can sleep 24.

Shelter for bikes. Private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable BBQs, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool with telescopic pool enclosure, available April - October only ( From 2020) Note: Kitchen and bathroom are down 3 steps. Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment).
