New electric radiators. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Rear patio, raised patio and raised lawn with furniture and gas BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Please note: there is currently an ongoing issue with the TV signal at the property, there is free satellite in the lounge but no other areas have T.V signal. There is still internet connection.
Location Details
Lealholm is in the Esk Valley within the North York Moors National Park, a 15-minutes drive from Whitby and the coast. It is a village with a Post Office, shop, pub, tea rooms and a restaurant. There are countryside walks from your doorstep. Nearby, be sure to pay a visit to Whitby, Staithes and Runswick Bay.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
