Booked a 10 night stay here & It has everything you need and more. Cleaned and presented to the highest standard and very comfortable. The garden is bigger than you’d expect and is fully secure so you can let your dog roam free. Riley ( the border collie) has a super power for finding balls and this garden was his playground. 8 balls he found in total and was such a happy boy with all the outdoor space and wildlife. Hope the next pup that visits enjoys finding them also. The welcome basket was a beautiful gesture from the owners and Riley enjoyed his treats too. The area is beautiful, no sound or light pollution so you can relax in peace, with plenty of local walks if you wish to explore the immediate area. Thank you to Nicky and Gary for wonderful stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here very recently and it was absolutely fantastic. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage was spotless and beautifully furnished. We especially loved the log burner in the evenings. The large garden was lovely and the surrounding area very peaceful indeed. A credit to the owners and we would highly recommend!

A 2 night mini break for our family of 4. This cottage just oozes quality and tranquillity. The decor has been done to a high standard, as has the building which was completed in only November 2019. There are lovely features throughout the property, its light and airy with lots of modern touches and good quality products have been installed to make your stay here a real home from home. And the shower is just something else. It has an abundance of water pressure that blasts you clean at a temperature to suit yourself. The garden is huge and we had fun playing cricket, frisbee and even tried flying our kite out there. The bird feeders bring in a regular array of different wild birds throughout the day and to top it all- there were wild deers in the field just opposite the cottage. The surrounding roads are quiet with only a few cars passing by each day, along with cyclists, joggers and the occasional agricultural vehicles. It's a very popular place to stay for dog owners with the rail trail just a few minutes walk away. The hosts are a great couple who are really friendly and have done an amazing job on this cottage with lots of personal touches along with the welcome packs of chocolate hob nobs, bread, milk and even some slippers which make you feel like you've just been for a pampering session at a spa day. And if that's not enough, there are electric gates on the front of the property to keep your kids and dogs safe on the grounds of the property during your stay. The whole place is spick and span when you arrive making you feel safe from the moment you arrive. 10 out of 10 Many thanks for an amazing experience
