The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard, with pristine white units and sleek wooden worktops, housing all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious meal for your partner. Retire to the king-size bedroom with its matching bedside tables and lamps so you can enjoy some late night reading. Delight in the en-suite shower room with its deluxe fixtures and fittings so you can enjoy a warm soak at the end of a tiring day. Outside has an enclosed gravelled and patio area, where you can take a refreshing beverage and delight in the evening sun, whilst also having a spot of alfresco dining. Resting just on the edge of the beautiful East Devon AONB, you are well-placed for accessing some of its finest country sights, with far-reaching views and plenty of trails for walking and cycling opportunities. Seaton Beach is a lovely choice for a day out in the sea air, with large-pebble beach stretching over a mile long, and being gently sloping it's ideal for swimming or water sports like paddle-boarding or kayaking. The area is also increasingly popular for sailing, horse riding, golf and the while surrounded by those scenic landscapes.
