Top Barn is a detached barn-conversion resting in the village of Rishworth, near Ripponden in West Yorkshire. It houses four king-size beds with en-suite shower rooms and two king-size beds with en-suite bathroom. On the ground-floor you will find a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, a snug and a utility. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a hot tub. Top Barn is a wonderful base for exploring with your loved ones.

Location Details
Ripponden is a small village resting within the rural Pennine landscape, three miles from Sowerby Bridge, in the Ryburn Valley. Within the village you will find a small high street with shops, cafes, an award-winning restaurant, takeaways, several excellent pubs serving food and real ale. Close by you will find Rishworth Moor, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you will find rare animal and a series of ancient round barrow burial sites.

We had such a wonderful stay here a couple of weeks ago. As a group of 12 girls who go away each year, it was such a pleasure to find a house where each bedroom was equally lovely and all were en suite. The social space was large, warm and beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could think of. And the hot tub was great, even in the rainstorms! Becky was great to communicate with. And her brother went above and beyond helping a couple of my friends drive safely out of the lane when Storm Ciara unexpectedly flooded part of the road. We've already booked again for next year!
We had the pleasure of staying in Top Barn for the weekend and it was everything and more. The space comfort and luxury made for a truly wonderful stay and the attention to detail in the Barn is fabulous.Becky was an exceptional host with fantastic communications - always close at hand to answer queries and very willing to provide advice for local walks and visiting the nearby village. Would we stay again ? Definitely! We can't recommend this wonderful place enough. Don't hesitate to book it now !
Loads of space for 12 people: all bedrooms large and spacious, amazingly clean and tidy, large communal space too. Outdoor space for cars and kids, and great big hot tub !!! Perfect place for all my family to stay when visiting....I can see us booking this every year!!
