Reviews

We booked this cottage for a birthday weekend away and we were not disappointed. The cottage was beautifully clean and smelt fresh on entering. The kitchen had everything you could think of needing and a lovely welcome gift of fresh eggs. Milk, bread, butter and a delicious Bara Brith was awaiting us. Perfect for a brew and snack after a long drive. The cosy lounge room with the open fire and starter pack for the fire was perfect and very welcomed as we had the good old “welsh weather” .... rain and wind for 2 of our 3 days. We didn’t venture too far from the house but we did manage to get to a local visitor attraction called greenwood... great for kids! There was a basket full of leaflets for local attractions and things to do, places to eat etc which helped us choose and plan our days. There was also a selection of games and colours for the kids which came in useful to keep our 3 children busy. The owners were lovely and although their property is attached you neither saw or heard them unless they were leaving in their cars. The bedrooms were cosy and the beds were comfortable and we all slept well indeed. All I’m all we had a fabulous few days here and we would happily go back here and recommend this to any one.

This lovely cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed as a couple, but there was more than enough room to comfortably accommodate a family. The welcome pack left for our arrival, including milk, bread, butter and cake, was a very nice surprise. The owners were available, if needed, living next door and were very friendly. The cottage is well placed for exploring both Anglesey and North Wales. Beaumaris, approx. 1 1/2 miles away had lots of places to eat as well as shops for any supplies needed. We would highly recommend this gem of a cottage.
