Also inside there is a kitchen and a living/dining room. To the outside you will find off road parking for one car and an enclosed rear garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. The small village of Flixton is only 8 miles from Scarborough and offers a welcoming open house serving food daily. There is much to do in the area, from the wonderful seaside resort of Scarborough to the picturesque North York Moors National Park for you more active guests. The village of Staxton lies near Wolds Way, 7 miles from Scarborough. A pretty street winds its way through the village, offering a butcherÂ’s and a pub. Ganton Golf Course is 2 miles away, or try clay pigeon shooting at Cotton Dale. Filey and Scarborough, with their beaches, are a short drive away, bird watch at Bempton or visit Malton or York with its Minster and Jorvik Viking Centre.
