Accommodation Details
All first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double (zip and link, can be twins on request), 1 x king-size double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area.
Argal is named after the tranquil lake it overlooks, with the market town of Penryn just two and a half miles away. You access the apartment down a private lane and via a set of old stone steps to the first floor. Entering into the impressive open-plan sitting room with comfy sofas, a contemporary breakfast bar and well-equipped kitchen, you will have all you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in this stunning location. There are two large & luxurious bedrooms, one of which has zip & link beds giving flexibilty for both adult and family groups. The bathroom comes complete with a deep bath, perfect to enjoy a soak after a long day. Why not visit the nearby Kernow Adventure Park for a day out, which offers watersports for all ages from wakeboarding, ringo rides, inflatable assault course amongst other activities. Argal is a a delightful and beautifully furnished apartment in a wondrous location to enjoy a holiday at any time of year. Grass tennis court is now available for guests to use. Rackets and balls available on site. Please note court may be closed due to adverse weather conditions in order to protect it.
Penryn, an old market town, enjoys fine architecture and a choice of restaurants, cafés, pubs and shops as well as a museum and the Enys Gardens. Close by is the marvellous Falmouth, the perfect seaside resort with harbourside amenities, a beach and a wealth of things to see and do. Other nearby must-visits include Truro and the South West Coast Path.

Barn conversion completed to an exceptionally high standard - everything that you need with high quality fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean and perfect location. Billie & Willie the resident goats were highlight of our stay.....so friendly! Can highly recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Great little find. Perfectly located, clean with a warm welcome. My daughter enjoyed feeding the friendly goats and bouncing on the trampoline. TMet by the owner on arrival who was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
