The Retreat is a luxurious ground floor lodge set on Heritage Park near Wiseman's Bridge. The lodge offers spacious open plan accommodation with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities as well as a twin room. The lodge also benefits from a separate family bathroom. Outside there is a raised veranda with furniture and off road parking for one car, plus unrestricted parking in a car park 50 yards from the lodge. Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Nintendo Wii, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car, plus unrestricted parking in site car park 50 yards from lodge. Enclosed decked patio with furniture plus open lawned areas. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile. Note: Although all ground floor, there are 3 steps up to the property. Note: A stream runs through the park, therefore children must be supervised. Note: Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. Note: The holiday park does not allow the following breeds of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro or Dogo Argentino. Please note: The property does not allow electric vehicle charging.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
