This quaint end-terrace cottage is in the village of Ticehurst, next to the church and just a couple of minutes' walk from the shop and pub, ten miles from Tunbridge Wells. The cottage has been decorated in a contemporary style with lime green accents and is bright and cheerful throughout making an ideal cosy retreat for a couple. You enter the cottage straight into the sitting area which has exposed beams and a homely feel. This is a fantastic room to relax and snuggle up in at the end of the day while watching TV. The sitting room leads through to the dining area where you can enjoy romantic evening meals. Completing the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen which also gives you access to the enclosed rear garden. Up the cottage stairs is the compact king-size double bedroom and the fantastic modern bathroom. You will truly appreciate returning to this cottage after spending enjoyable days exploring the surrounding area. There are many opportunities for walkers and a choice of National Trust properties for days out. For history fans, Hever is worth a visit and there are many surrounding towns and villages just waiting to be explored. For a peaceful and romantic short break or longer holiday, this cottage is the perfect choice.
