From the entrance porch, step into an inviting hallway and then on to the open plan living room with a cosy sitting area and a dining area perfect for a family get together or hearty breakfast. From here you can step into the conservatory which is a lovely light place to sit and enjoy the lovely garden or break away for a quiet read. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a sumptuous meal and a breakfast table to grab a quick bite before venturing out to explore. There’s a large double bedroom with views to open countryside. The twin and single rooms also enjoy lovely views. The garden features a patio area and a large lawn which is fully enclosed so you can relax knowing the kids can run their legs off in safe environment. There’s also a garage for you to secure bikes and other paraphernalia. The cottage is just 2 miles from the M1, perfectly placed to get to the Peak District and many local walking trails.
