Continue through the hut past the refreshing views, and you will arrive at a modern shower room, well-appointed for getting ready in the early hours before an adventure filled day. Take a moment to appreciate the beautiful location in your downtime, particularly the lawned garden, where you can end your afternoon in style, relaxing in the lovely hot tub. Explore the popular coastal resorts of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey, or stay local with Snainton offering pubs serving food, award winning restaurant a fabulous riding centre catering for all ages and abilities, Golf, hair and beauty salon, fish and chip shop, post office and shop and water sports with fishing nearby. Experience Scampston Walled Garden with its renowned restaurant, enjoy a day’s fishing at Wykeham, 4 miles away, or visit Dalby Forest with its good walking. Snainton boasts a village shop/post office, two pubs serving food, a fabulous riding centre catering for all ages and abilities, and an excellent childrens playground. Pickering, with its famous steam railway, castle and Beck Isle Museum, and the historic city of York are both within easy driving distance.

Washer/dryer in an external utility area, shared only with the owners. TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed and extremely large land to the front with sun loungers. Enclosed rear patio area contains a private hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture and is completely private as the area only backs onto National Park stables. An additional dedicated thermostatically controlled metal "BBQ Pizza Box" is available on request for cooking delicious pizza. Off road parking for 1 car. Secure out building storage is also available for cycles in the parking area. Sorry, no smoking. Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated but we do have ducks and chickens near the property who guests love to meet and they are a delight to watch. Pub 2 mins walk.
