Location Details
The village of Fanore is elevated by the shores of Galway Bay, located in the Burren, County Clare. The village boasts plenty of hillwalking and cycling routes and is home to a market, gift shops, traditional inns and restaurants. Events take place each year, including classic car rallys. Around the village you will find a variety of wildlife. The beach at Bishops quarter is close by and boasts sailing and wind surfing.
County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.
Reviews
This cottage was unclean, dirty freezer, microwave and bathroom. When contacted by the owner she was extremely unhelpful and told us if it didn't suit us we could leave. We found dirty underwear in one of the bedrooms and hair in the bath plug hole. Spent chewing gum also in one of the drawers. Would warn potential renters to give this home a miss
