A friend and I have just returned from a week in this barn conversion cottage in Beulah, Powys, mid Wales. We enjoyed our stay despite grey skies and heavy constant rain on most days! On a plus point, we felt the accommodation offered a good range of facilities. The beds were comfortable and the showers very good although from a safety point of view, there could have been a small grab rail within the cubicle - it was a little unnerving The windows were not the easiest to open wide but fortunately, due to the weather, we did not need to do that! We appreciated that it was a barn conversion but the interior was very plain, chilly and not particularly inviting - no nice curtains/blinds at the patio doors for example which I found rather strange. At least there were some colourful cushions!
Brilliant place home from home excellent peaceful easy access to places hosts re great and very pleasant helpful if you need peace and quite and beautiful scenery highly recommended
Two couples traveling from United States. Cottage was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The owners live onsite and were charming and helpful. If I’m ever able to travel to wales again would definitely stay here!
