With three bedrooms, captivating views and a plethora of walking opportunities, this exceptional self-catering cottage is perfect for families seeking a relaxing break or for avid ramblers to enjoy the landscapes of open moorland and the network of limestone pavements and caves within the area. Admire scenery of the honeypot village before pushing open the front door to discover the living room, where the large woodburning stove set within the handmade brick reveal acts as the focal point of this room. Light up the fire at the end of a bracing day on the moorland, the spacious sofas inviting you to kicking back and relax, as you delve into a book or catch up on the latest box set on the TV. Joining this space is the dining table with seating for six; however, it can be extended to seat up to eight people, should you have guests over for dinner and drinks, making a wonderful social space to enjoy the company of your loved ones. Take the door and emerge into the kitchen, where characterful slate flooring is set beneath the impressive AGA cooker, which takes centre stage before all of the quality appliances arranged in a traditional assortment, with a wonderful island unit providing plenty of preparation space. Climb the staircase to find a huge picture window affording stunning views over the garden and beyond before finding the three bedrooms and the family bathroom, featuring a shower over bath. Two of the bedrooms boast sumptuous double beds, endearing artwork and good storage space, as well as sash windows offering idyllic views to wake up to each morning, whilst the third and final bedroom boasts twin beds and is perfect for friends or children to catch their rest as the evening draws to a close. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage, meander through the quaint village, where you will find a plethora of amenities, including a shop and a pub, whilst a larger selection of places to eat, drink and shop can be found in the market town of Settle, located slightly further afield, but well-worth the drive. Avid ramblers can don their walking boots and endeavour on exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park, home to a plethora of walks including the challenging Three Peaks, the Ingleborough Estate Nature Trail and a trek up Malham Cove to uncover the limestone amphitheatre, waterfall and valley views. Other outdoor action can be enjoyed within the surrounding area too, including plenty of cycling opportunities, golfing at the nearby Settle Golf Club and heading underground to explore the caves of White Scar, Ingleborough and Jubliee, families of all ages will enjoy this activity!
