Shared, enclosed front lawned garden with furniture. Rear enclosed, private, lawned garden area and storage shed. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 1.5 miles. Note: Due to the nearby brook, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The property is an historic workers cottage dating back to 1836 (so not a modern property) and has a steep stairway to the bedrooms and step between kitchen and dining room. It is not recommended for people and pets with limited mobility. Bus service 4x per day Monday-Saturday to Alnwick and Wooler. Note: Please be aware that there is no mobile reception at the property
Location Details
The village of Chatton is set amongst scenic countryside and offers stone built houses, a small village green, Post Office, an art gallery and a pub. Close by is Alnwick Gardens, the Northumberland National Park and the Heritage Coastline.

Gamekeepers cottage is a lovely stone building renovated to a very high standard but retains the charm too. Very well equipped and presented, a welcome box awaits you on arrival and is very welcome. On the doorstep of the rear entrance to chillingham Castle, and the wild cattle entrance too, we would definitely recommend and hope to return.
