In a beautiful location overlooking the Bedale Beck in the sleepy village of Crakedale, this tastefully decorated property is the ideal destination for anyone wanting to get away to the tranquility of the countryside. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with dining area and a sitting room offering a large corner sofa, perfect for reclining on after a busy day walking in the dales. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom and three pleasing bedrooms; a single room with views over the river and two double rooms, one of which offering a Smart TV. Outside there is a garden with a hot tub, lawn area with views towards the bridge and the beck. Note: This property can be booked with 971966 and 971968, and together they sleep 13.

The settlement lies around a large village green and offers a popular village pub serving delicious fare. Not far from Crakehall is the market town of Bedale, a traditional centre which has its own museum, weekly market and interesting churches, as well as a number of craft and antique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, which provide local beers and home cooked food. Also within driving distance are plenty other attractions, including the Constable Burton Hall Gardens with extensive parkland and woodland walks, the Forbidden Corner with its underground passages to explore, the lovely Georgian town of Richmond with its fine castle ruins and the Wensleydale railway line, an authentic heritage railway.
