All on one level with stairless access. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower and basin. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast table. Utility. Living/dining area.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Enclosed patio area provides both a lovely spot for your morning coffee and a gated area for your dog. Shared use of the swimming pool with one other holiday let between the hours of 11am-5pm, towels for the pool are not provided. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: We have now got Airband WiFi at both of our properties so our WiFi speed and reliability is now markedly better and offers over 20mbps, lack of signal can be alleviated by the use of WiFi calling. Please note: Guests are to bring their own towels for use if using the swimming pool.

Stayed here for 7 days in June, it was a lovely cottage. It was ideal for myself, partner and two dogs. The location was excellent with a fantastic view from the balcony.
