Annagh is a unique cottage in the town of Ballinrobe in Ireland. The cottage can sleep eight people in three bedrooms which are made up of a ground floor double, two adult bunks and a twin as well as a ground floor shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a utility. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and lawns to front, side and rear of cottage with gravel area and garden furniture. Set in a wonderful situation, Annagh can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Location Details
Ballinrobe is a market town on the River Robe in County Mayo, close to Lough Mask, Lough Carra and Lough Corrib. Geographically, it is ideally located as a touring base for those wishing to explore Galway, Mayo and west Ireland. Ballinrobe is believed to be the oldest town in South Mayo, and is surrounded by many features of archaeological, architectural, historic and ecological interest. Ballinrobe is known as the lake angling centre of the west, and with 60,000 acres of lough fishing, and miles of river fishing close by, it is easy to see why.
The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

Spent an absolutely lovely week in Annagh cottage. It is truly a little bit of heaven in the west of Ireland - removed from everyday hustle and bustle but still so convenient to Ballinrobe town. The house has everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, constant hot water, large smart tv (which you can hotspot from your phone as there is no WiFi), lovely stove. It is lovely and cosy with a modern feel after being recently refurbished. The views are beautiful out over lough mask.
