Accommodation Details

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining area. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Additional basin and WC. External garden house with TV, playstation, kitchenette and shower.

3 Newhall Green is situated in a hamlet a mile from the pub in St Teath. It’s an ancient thick-walled semi-detached cottage on two levels, made smart, warm and welcoming. Step through from the small enclosed front bit of its garden into the cosy, beamed living room which has a slate floor and a raised wood-burning stove, just perfect to snuggle around after a day exploring this stunning area. There’s a good selection of DVDs and the Smart TV is equipped with Roku functionality. The roomy kitchen has a dining table and chairs in the middle and at this level there is a spacious bathroom and an additional WC. Head up the stairs to two bedrooms, both with lofty sloping beams – a king-size double and a twin. Across the lane, there is a big, private grassy garden with table, chairs and a hammock lazily hung under mature trees. An unfenced stream runs along one boundary, and there is a splendid garden house (available Easter to end of September) with PlayStation, Wii, kitchenette and shower - a wonderful place for relaxation. Nearby there are stunning beaches at Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Trebarwith Strand.

Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car in a reserved parking space. One well-behaved dog welcome, please enquire if you wish to bring a second dog. Sorry no smoking.
