Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double with en suite shower-room. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area and glazed doors to balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
On the top floor of Fort Picklecombe, No.66 is a light and airy apartment with sensational right-out-to-sea views. Binoculars are essential here as there is so much fascinating shipping activity, possibly dolphins, certainly seals and cormorants to observe. A perfect retreat for couples or small family. Walk through from an outer hall with plenty of room for coats, boots and surfboards to an open-plan living/dining room and galley kitchen all with those amazing views. Step through the patio doors to the balcony and gaze at the panoramic view from Plymouth in the east and along the Cornish coast in the west. There are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with en suite shower-room, both with views over the well ordered gardens; family bathroom. A wonderful place for walking, daydreaming and relaxing. A five minute walk from the Coastal Path or to Mount Edgecumbe Park’s 800 acre estate. Excellent pubs in the pretty villages of nearby Kingsand and Cawsand. Why not catch the pedestrian ferry from nearby Cremyll to Plymouth and explore its historic waterfront.

We have now stayed in Apartment 66 three times now.Our thoughts our it is just the best.It caters for every wish.There are great sea views second to none.Walks in Mount Edgecombe Park or a long the coastal path to Cawsands and Kingsands,were there are pubs cafes and a few little shops.In the park there are Deer Sheep and other wild life.The apartment is within Fort Picklecombe.The Fort itself is great.There's gardens, swimming pool,tennis courts and its own little private beach. But the great apartment caters for all your creature comforts nice seating area with views.Galley kitchen if you like catering for yourself.Nice plates cutlery microwave etc.Lovely bedrooms with nice linen.Two toilets and showers and a bath,one shower is over the bath.Fresh towels provided.This apartment is just great.Internet and sky tv.We cannot wait to go again. So if your looking for a nice holiday destination why go abroad,it has its own balconey to sun bath on if this is what you want.So look no further.Get in touch with Helpful Holidays they are very helpful.So thanks to the owners and sue for a great birthday treat.Hope to be there again very soon.
