It comprises three bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, another double and a twin, sleeping six altogether. There is also a family bathroom as well as an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with decking, BBQ and furniture. Oak Lodge provides a wonderful escape to an area of stunning walking country with your family and friends.

The quiet village of Sheriff Hutton is mentioned twice in the Doomsday Book. In 1140, during the reign of King Stephen, a motte-and-bailey castle was built, the remains of which can be seen from Oak Lodge.
