Accompanied by friendly free range chickens passing through and beautiful sights such as lambing season in April and May, this property is perfect for a peaceful getaway with family and friends. Be charmed by this rural haven as you're welcomed by a classic country cottage entrance, kicking off your muddy boots before heading inside the property which is decorated with themes of sheep and farmland. Stepping through the property, find two inviting double bedrooms, both with their very own TVs and classy décor throughout, providing calming spaces to rest for the night. Both bedrooms are served by a family bathroom, here you can hop into a hot bubble bath after a long day, or choose to wake up with a brisk shower in the morning. Unwind for the night in the heart of the home, curling up with a glass of wine in front of the toasty woodburning stove as the TV entertains you, or gather around the sociable dining table for a night of board games in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen boasts contemporary amenities where you can prepare your delicious home-cooked meals during your stay, including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. This cottage is one of the best. We firstly stayed in June 2021 and before leaving, we had booked for New Year. The cottage is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The location, area and local amenities are great. Sally and James are on hand should you need them and they make you feel so welcome. Looking forward to our third visit this New Year.
