Fuel and power inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot provided. Parking - the property has 2 allocated parking spaces, these an be found to the left of the front door when facing the property. Please can you park facing the fence and leave clear access. . Enclosed garden with table and chairs and BBQ. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Pub within 600m and supermarket within 3.5 miles. Wifi. Recreational fishing included in the rent. Boating and swimming is not permitted. Electric vehicle charging is not available at the cottage; the nearest charging point is 3.5 miles away at the supermarket in Stalham

How is it possible when you arrive at this property late afternoon. You have a dinner appointment at 6pm. You return back after 9pm only to find, when lights are switched on, you notice the bedroom wall 'laced' with those fine cobwebs. This leads you to look behind beds & cabinets. Only to find several weeks of cobwebs & dust. You complain directly to the owner Paul at 10pm that evening we have been forced to vacuum & clean just to be able to sleep in there. He says only he will talk to his 'cleaners'. He does not even do us the courtesy of calling back. We are forced to raised this to the attention of Sykes, 2 days later. You send photo's. We cannot believe with the compelling explicit photo's of this property supplied, together with the explanation provided, the owner & SYKES arrived at the decision IT'S OUR FAULT. This is so unfair & is NOT right. Do you know if only this owner had bothered to get back to us and apologised and done the 'right thing', these could have been avoided.
