Situated in an ideal touring location four miles from Perranporth and one of the finest beaches in the county, Little Orchard Lodge is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway to recharge the batteries and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. With a large decked terrace with furniture, a hot tub and a barbecue for alfresco dining, everything has been thought of with your comfort in mind. Arrive to a homemade traditional cream tea and sit out and enjoy the start of what will be a memorable holiday. The lodge is open-plan with a king-size bed, a large sofa, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is a separate family bathroom with special touches like bathrobes and luxury toiletries adding to the special feel which you will experience throughout. There are a network of walking trails directly from your door and with secure storage for bikes and boards your holiday can be as relaxing or as active as you choose. You may just decide to spend your time relaxing on the terrace watching the wildlife with deer and a variety of birds regularly seen. A wonderful lodge in a beautiful coastal location.
Goonhavern is a small village in Cornwall, England. Featuring a village store, post office and local pub. It has easy access into the neighbouring towns of Perranporth and Newquay for a wider selection of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés in the area and boasting many local sandy beaches for fun-filled days out.

I booked the lodge for my girlfriend over New Years Eve. It was amazing. David and Amanda are both lovely, and left an amazing welcome basket full of fresh Cornish produce. They also went the extra mile with a bottle of Prosecco, balloons and birthday banners around the lodge for my partner. The lodge itself is stunning! It has everything you need, from fully fitted kitchen to comfy king size bed. It was amazing at night with a clear sky, all of the outside lights twinkling along the decking and the hot tub tops it off! Its super easy to find, near to loads of beaches to explore and its the perfect place to come back to and relax in the evening. We will definitely be staying again.. just for longer this tome :)
My boyfriend and I stayed at the lodge for 3 nights in-between Christmas & New Year and we had the best time ever. Unfortunately we weren't so lucky with the weather so we spent most of the time at the Lodge which was just PERFECT. Due to covid Amanda left the keys in the lodge so we didnt need to meet. We planned to cook homemade dinners the entire time and although I brought most essentials with me, I found everything that I needed in the lodge, utensils, serving dishes, woks, pans, knives, toastie machine, plates, everything. I even brought my own cleaning equipment with me but again Amanda had already thought of everything. One thing I think the lodge could do with is a cordless hoover and extra tea towels. The lodge was super cosy with heating and towel rail in the bathroom. You are situated on Helena Farm but the owners house is down a hill so they cant see in, totally private. There is an unmade lane running along the back but this is just a few dog walkers.... we didn't see anyone unless we went out and about. We followed the sat nav coming from Poole, Dorset and it brought us in down the wrong track when we first arrived and we did almost get stuck so tip for the sat nav is to put in Bridge Road, turn left on the double roundabouts where Londis is to your left and the New Inn pub is on your right and then right onto Engelly Road and take a right onto the unmade lane after you see the white horse box. Luckily I have an SUV so managed to get through that other track but if it had rained anymore we would have got completely stuck. Upon arrival we were delighted with what Amanda had put in the lodge for us. Clotted cream jam and scones for a cream tea. Bottle of Cornish Cider in the fridge. Cornish Shortbread biscuits. Camembert & a fresh Loaf. Basic necessities in the fridge including Milk & Butter. We would absolutely recommend booking the Little Orchard Lodge for couples getaway. I booked this lovely lodge for my boyfriends birthday, we had the most amazing time! The lodge itself was incredible, so clean and had everything we needed! The hosts were lovely & left us a very thoughtful welcome pack. The area surrounding the lodge was very peaceful and scenic, would highly recommend for a relaxing break
