Ground floor: Sitting room with study area. Kitchen/breakfast room with patio doors to garden with a partially enclosed patio and lawned area. Ground floor Bathroom with partly sunken bath, shower over, basin, bidet and WC. Steeper than normal open tread cottage stairs from Sitting room to 1st floor: Bedroom 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 twin single beds.
