Reviews

This is just to let you know that we are no longer at the lodge. We had a complaint about our puppies barking at every sound when they were outside. We were told to take them inside and shut the windows and doors. Now would you do that in this heat. It would have been cruel. It upset my daughter and myself. It spoilt our holiday. The lady said she was the owner, we had no way of checking that. So now we are home and have no chance of compensation and now I’ve lost more money because I’ve had to cancel cattery fees This will also be going on my review.

Beautiful lodge in a lovely peaceful place. Wonderful if you are looking for peace and quiet to rewind in the trying times we are in at the moment. Well organised an spotlessly clean. Beautiful lodge even in its necessary stripped back state. Lovely walks around the site. Excellent pubs near by and not far at all from the coast and beautiful surrounding market towns. No WI or phone contact which helps with the peace and quiet and just what we needed! there are 2 beautiful lakes but if you are going for the fishing only one of them has fish in and is quite run down which is a shame and lets the park down a little but does not detract from its beauty. Would really recommend to anyone wanting to get away from it all - many thanks to the hosts for a wonderful week of total relaxation.

Loved the lodge and the surroundings. Beautiful scenery and exploring the woods was fantastic. The woods has an abundance of butterflies. The lodge itself was immaculate and very modern and had absolutely everything you could ever need. The only problem we had was it was the hottest week on record,Ha Ha. Loved the place a little remote and a little quiet but this suited us just fine. Love Norfolk and will defo be returning.

Amazing fully equipped accommodation didntbwant for anything. Very high standard finish. The area it is situated is full of wildlife on the lakes and in the woods, which are perfect for long dog walks. Easy reach of the coach line it only took us 20 mins and the beaches are endless and clean. Highly recommend the accommodation and area very central.
