15 friends stayed here for a week in June. We had a brilliant time, all rooms are onsuite which as we are all 60+ is one of our must haves. Ladies used the hot tun daily whilst the men utilised the many games available. Plenty of everything you could possibly need. Lovely enclosed garden and parking for our 7 cars. The owners were close at hand if needed. A brilliant holiday home for friends or family. Close to all that Babbacombe has to offer and close to Torquay and Paignton
We were a group of 11 adults. Found everything here was perfect, no complaints from anyone. All bedrooms were all good, kitchen had everything you needed. We had good weather so was able to use the garden area which again had everything you wanted. The location is good for local amenities and bus services. Plus ideal base for touring further afield if wanted. Would definitely recommend this property for a group / family break.
