Open fire with woodburner and starter fuel pack provided. Access to utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer space. Highchair and travel cot available upon prior request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking with separate secure storage for bikes, fishing tackle, golf bags. BBQ available upon prior request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and butcher 1.4 miles and general shop 2.4 miles.
