3 bedrooms, all set in the eaves of the first floor: 1 double and 2 singles. Kitchen with electric oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. Lounge with wood burner and TV Dining room with wood burner. Shower room, with washing machine. Enclosed land with trees and shrubs. Electric (extra at current rates). Initial supply of logs/coal provided. Ample off street parking. 2 dogs by arrangement but must be kept downstairs and under control when near sheep. Payphone available. Shops 9 miles in Helmsdale.

The Forsinard nature reserve is just a short drive away, and there are plenty of breathtaking walks in this fantastic unspoilt area, as well as great locations for river and loch fishing. There s sea angling at Helmsdale, a golf course nearby, and even opportunities to try your hand at gold panning. From here there are links to popular destinations including John O'Groats, Cape Wrath and the Orkney Islands. On entering this delightful and inviting property, you will find yourself in the attractive and welcoming lounge. With TV, seating and a traditional wood burner, this is an ideal space for relaxing in at the end of a fantastic day. Exploring this pretty property further, you will find a charming dining room with wood burner and exposed beams. Moving into the kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with everything you may need including electric oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all of which are set in the eaves of the house, so the ceilings can be quite low.
